​This is a 2-hour workshop for anyone who says they’re not creative, can’t draw, or just aren’t good at art.
If that’s you - this is exactly for you.

​We’ll start by talking about what creativity really is and why it matters for everyone. not just artists.
We’ll explore how our inner critic shows up, why perfectionism gets in the way, and how we can let go of the pressure to be “good” at something in order to enjoy it.

​Then we’ll get hands-on with painting, drawing, and collage. A space to play, express, and explore what creative tools feel right for you.
We’ll also look at how creativity can help with stress, clarity, and self-expression.

​It’s going to be relaxed, playful, and a little messy in the best way. Come curious. Leave a little lighter.
